In general, it must be said that the history of Las Vegas is inextricably linked with the mafia, and many casinos were financed by the money of gangsters. In 1946 one of them, the infamous Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel built the legendary casino hotel, The Flamingo Hotel. Built-in 1955, the “Moulin Rouge” casino was the first casino hotel that opened the door to the African American people.
